We are grateful to our members - past and present - who contribute their time & talents to serve on our Board of Directors.

PRESIDENT
DAWN SMITH
Dawn joined League of Women Voters in 2017 after being invited by a fellow poll worker. In her time with the League, she has served as an at-large board member and Vice President, and now serves as President. Dawn also chairs the Voter Services Committee.​

VICE PRESIDENT
LYNN MESHKE
Lynn joined the League in 2022 as an extension of her community voter registration work. Drawn to the League’s commitment to nonpartisanship and issue advocacy, she has served as an at-large board member and, now, as Vice President. Lynn also serves on the Events/Communications and Voter Services Committees.

TREASURER
CHRISTINE LEMERANDE
Christine has been with the League since 2022. In her time with the League, she has served first as Vice President and now as Treasurer. She is also co-chair of our Voter Services Committee.

SECRETARY
KELLI ORTSCHEID
Kelli joined the League in 2022, motivated by a deep sense of caring for our community. As a young mom and educator, she brings a unique and much needed perspective to our board.

AT-LARGE BOARD MEMBER
DENISE GAUMER HUTCHISON
Denise has been a League member since 2018, drawn by our commitment to securing democracy for all and emphasis on public education and women’s rights. She serves as an at-large board member, chairs the Education and Events/Communication Committees, and is an active member of the Voter Services Committee.

AT-LARGE BOARD MEMBER
THERESE BARRY-TANNER
Therese has been a League member for two years. She joined the League out of a deep desire to preserve our democracy and to help educate citizens on the candidates and important issues facing our city, county, state and country. Therese has spearheaded our recent fundraising efforts including our highly successful "Ballot Box Brew" coffee sale.

AT-LARGE BOARD MEMBER
TERRI GULYAS
Terri has been a League member since 2015—first in Virginia and now in Wisconsin—following in the footsteps of her mother, lifelong LWV advocate Patricia Finder-Stone. In addition to serving as an at-large board member, Terri initiated and chairs the League’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.

The League of Women Voters of Greater Green Bay is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization overseen by a board of directors and guided by the bylaws and policies outlined below. We are committed to operating in an ethical, inclusive, and transparent manner.
